Non-Refundable Policy
Products created using our photo customizer tool (customizer.blessibles.com) are non-refundable because:
- Each item is custom-made to your exact specifications
- Interactive preview is provided before purchase
- You approve the final design before ordering
- Production begins immediately after order confirmation
Exceptions - We'll Provide Full Refund If:
We stand behind our quality. You'll receive a full refund or replacement if:
- Manufacturing Defect: Print quality issues, material defects, or craftsmanship problems
- Production Error: We printed the wrong file, wrong size, or wrong product type
- Shipping Damage: Item arrived damaged during transit (with photo proof required)
- Our Mistake: Any other error on our part in fulfilling your order
Not Covered - No Refund Available:
- Customer Error: Typos, spelling mistakes, or wrong photo selected in your design
- Change of Mind: Deciding you don't want the item after ordering
- Preview Ignored: "Didn't like how it turned out" when preview was provided and approved
- Photo Quality: Low-resolution source photos that you uploaded resulting in pixelated prints
- Personal Preference: Color variations due to monitor calibration differences (preview shows approximate colors)
- Design Choices: Layout, sizing, or positioning that you selected and approved

- ✅ Use the preview feature - See exactly what you'll receive
- ✅ Check spelling carefully - Review all text for typos and errors
- ✅ Verify photo quality - Use high-resolution images (300+ DPI recommended)
- ✅ Review layout - Confirm positioning, sizing, and alignment
- ✅ Check colors - Note that screen colors may vary from print
- ✅ Approve final design - You are responsible for the final product appearance

Standard Products
30-Day Return Policy
Non-customized items from our shop can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in their original condition and packaging.
- Item must be in original packaging
- All tags and labels must be attached
- Item must not show signs of wear or damage
- Return must be initiated within 30 days of delivery
Digital Products
For digital products (downloadable printables, e-books, templates, etc.):
- Refunds available within 7 days of purchase
- No refunds after download or access has been granted
- Technical issues preventing download will be resolved through customer support
- File format or compatibility issues will be addressed with alternative formats when possible
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return for standard (non-customized) products:
- Log into your account and go to Order History
- Select the order you'd like to return
- Click the "Request Return" button
- Select the items and reason for return
- You'll receive a return shipping label via email
For customized products with defects or our errors, contact support@blessibles.com with your order number and photos of the issue.
Refund Processing
Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Credit/debit cards: 5-10 business days
- PayPal: 3-5 business days
- You'll receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or incorrect due to our error.
- Our Error: We provide a prepaid return label
- Customer Return: Customer pays return shipping
- Original Shipping: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless item is defective
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Personalized or custom products (unless defective or our error)
- Digital downloads (after access granted)
- Gift cards
- Items marked as "Final Sale"
- Opened or used items (health/hygiene products)
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We'll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
Please include:
- Order number
- Photos of the damaged/defective item
- Photos of the packaging (if shipping damage)
- Description of the issue
Exchanges
We're happy to exchange standard products for a different size, color, or style. Exchanges are subject to availability.
Note: Customized products cannot be exchanged due to their personalized nature.
