Which product categories include SVG files?
SVG files are included with: Graphics & SVGs, T-Shirt Designs, Sticker Designs, Tumbler Designs, Holiday Designs, and Adult Christian Stickers.
These vector files work perfectly with Cricut, Silhouette, and other cutting machines. SVG files are also ideal for large-format printing, as they can be scaled to any size without losing quality.
Which file format should I use?
- SVG files - For cutting machines (Cricut, Silhouette), vinyl cutting, heat transfer vinyl, and large-format printing where scaling is needed
- PNG files - For direct printing, print-on-demand platforms (Printify, Printful), digital design work
- PDF files - For printing at home or through professional printing services

Can I use these designs on different products?
Yes! Our designs are versatile and can be used across multiple product types. Use the same design for t-shirts, mugs, stickers, tote bags, wall art, and more. Just make sure you're using the correct file format for your chosen application method and that you have the appropriate license for your intended use.
How do I download my files?
After purchase, you'll receive an email with download links. You can also access your downloads from your account dashboard under "Purchase History". Download links are available for 30 days after purchase.
Can I redownload my files if I lose them?
Yes! Log into your account and visit your Purchase History to redownload any previously purchased products. We recommend backing up your files to cloud storage or an external drive for safekeeping.
Do you provide software tutorials or support?
We do not provide technical support for specific software programs. However, there are thousands of free video tutorials available on YouTube for popular design software and cutting machines. Simply search for your specific software name plus "tutorial" (example: "Cricut Design Space tutorial") to find helpful step-by-step guides.
License Types & Usage Rights
What's the difference between Personal, Commercial, and POD licenses?
- Personal License ($3.99-$5.99) - For personal use only. Create items for yourself, family, and friends. Not for sale.
- Commercial License ($7.98-$11.98) - Sell up to 500 physical products. Perfect for small Etsy shops and craft businesses.
- POD/Extended License ($11.97-$17.97) - Unlimited sales. Ideal for print-on-demand platforms like Printify, Printful, and Redbubble.
Important: Please select the appropriate license at checkout. License upgrades are not available after purchase.
Can I upgrade my license later?
No, license upgrades are not available. Each license is a separate purchase. Please carefully consider your intended use before purchasing to select the appropriate license type. If you need a higher license tier, you'll need to make a new purchase with the correct license.
Can I sell items I make with these designs?
Yes, if you purchase a Commercial or POD license. Personal licenses are for non-commercial use only. You cannot resell or redistribute the digital files themselves - only physical products you create using the designs.
Can I share the digital files with others?
No. The license is for your use only. Sharing, reselling, or distributing the original digital files is prohibited. However, you can sell physical products you create using the designs (with the appropriate license).
Do I need to credit Blessibles™ when I use the designs?
No attribution required! Use our designs freely in your projects and products.
Returns & Refunds
What is your refund policy?
Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales are final. Once you download your files, we cannot offer refunds. We stand behind the quality of our products. If you experience technical issues with your files, please contact us and we'll help resolve the problem.
Why can't I get a refund?
Digital products are instantly accessible and cannot be "returned" like physical items. When you purchase, you're buying a license to use the design files, which you receive immediately upon download.
What if there's a problem with my files?
If you encounter corrupt files, download issues, or quality problems, contact us at support@blessibles.com. We'll work with you to resolve technical issues or provide replacement files if needed.
